Keith is the young "old man" of the group.  He survived a double major of Accounting and IT from University of River Falls and has combined education with grass roots training to bring a unique expertise to Vital Systems.  He handles large accounts that require daily monitoring and work detail; he is the driving force behind the preparation of corporate and personal tax returns during the season, which actually runs from January through October 15; and he is our fearless leader.  Credits: Bachelor of Science Degree University of Wisconsin, River Falls, double major accounting and computer programming; Rotarian; Quickbooks Certified Professional Advisor.

Susan is pure bookkeeper. She can take boxes of papers and turn them into business financial statements. She loves doing bank reconciliations, and could spend hours analyzing profit and loss reports. She understands all businesses – from retail to non-profit. Quickbooks is her secret pen pal; the software can do things even the techs in India don’t know about. She is out of the office daily doing bookwork at individual businesses so it can be hard to catch her. Have patience – she always returns phone calls...eventually. Dennis Smith
Dennis says he is the office “grunt” but we all know he is the guy everyone wants to see.  He delivers payrolls, picks up bookwork and yes, answers to “all those women”.  He always complains but willingly shops for us at Sam’s Club, hangs shelves and pictures, and always has a smile for both customers and his adoring co-workers. He has no email address, and would kill us if we gave out his cell phone number.  Call the office; someone usually knows where he is.

If we wanted to give the multiple work hat to someone it would be Amy. She does some monthly financial statements; she does some payroll; she does some accounts payable; she does some accounts receivable billing; she does some data base work. And she makes sure that all the administrative functions at Vital Systems are always functioning at maximum efficiency.
